Description
This is fast, easy, and oh, so tasty!
Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | pt | grape tomatoes (red or yellow, halved) |
| 2 | T | basil (fresh, chopped) |
| 2 | T | pine nuts |
| 1⁄4 | c | tomato vinaigrette (sun-dried with roasted red pepper) |
Notes
Whenever I make this, I use the Good Seasons brand. It's the best!
Instructions
Combine tomatoes, vinaigrette and chopped basil in a medium size bowl.
In skillet over low heat, cook pine nuts until golden (about 2 minutes)
Sprinkle pine nuts over tomato-basil mixture. Toss to combine all ingredients just before serving.
