Description
Farm fresh potatoes and eggs blended with creamy crumbled blue cheese!
Ingredients
| 4 | large potatoes (diced) | |
| 1 | bn | green onions (chopped) |
| 2 | hard cooked eggs (chopped) | |
| 1⁄4 | c | mayonaise |
| 4 | t | stone ground mustard |
| 6 | oz | Blue cheese (crumbled) |
Instructions
Boil diced potates until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool. Put potatoes in a large bow. Add all other ingredients except the blue cheese and fold together. Add and lightly fold in blue cheese. Salt and pepper as needed.
