Description

Farm fresh potatoes and eggs blended with creamy crumbled blue cheese!

Ingredients

4 large potatoes (diced)
1bngreen onions (chopped)
2 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
1⁄4cmayonaise
4tstone ground mustard
6ozBlue cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

Boil diced potates until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool. Put potatoes in a large bow. Add all other ingredients except the blue cheese and fold together. Add and lightly fold in blue cheese. Salt and pepper as needed.
