Citrus Asparagus Salad

Description
A great tasting salad that is both nutritious and easy to fix, especially if you are short on time.
Ingredients
| 2 | c | water |
| 1 | lb | fresh asparagus (trimmed, cut into 2" pieces) |
| 1 | T | orange juice |
| 1 | T | Olive Oil |
| 2 | t | orange peel (grated) |
| 1⁄4 | t | lemon-pepper seasoning |
Instructions
In a large skillet, bring water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water. Drain, pat dry, and put into a bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk orange juice, oil, orange peel and lemon-pepper. Pour over asparagus; toss to coat.
