Description
An Irish tradition, serve with mustard or horseradish for a warm and hearty meal.
Ingredients
| 3 | lb | corned beef brisket |
| 10 | carrots (sliced) | |
| 5 | potatoes (cubed ) | |
| 1 | cabbage (cut in quarters) |
Instructions
Place corned beef brisket and spice pack into a dutch oven or large pot. Cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook for 50 mins per lbs of meat. Add the carrots and potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Add cabbage and cook until tender. Remove roast and let rest 15 minutes while keeping vegatables warm. Slice roast and serve with vegatables.
