Description
A cool and creamy cucumber salad. Goes great with grilled chicken.
Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | c | dairy sour cream or plain yogurt |
| 1 | T | vinegar |
| 1 | t | sugar |
| 1⁄2 | t | Salt |
| 1⁄4 | t | dried dill |
| ds | black pepper | |
| 1 | cucumber (sliced) | |
| 1 | onion (thinly sliced) |
Instructions
In small bowl combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, dill and pepper. Add cucumber and onions. Toss to coat. cover and chill for 4 hours to 5 days.
