Are you looking for a fun-filled, action packed day for the whole family? Come and experience a real functioning family farm and harvest your own vegetables at our annual Fall Harvest Festival. We will take you on a hay ride through 180 acres of farmland where you can harvest potatoes, carrots, onions, beets, Indian corn, squash, and many other kinds of vegetables, including your very own pumpkin. We also have our annual corn maze, hay maze and pyramid, giant slide, fire truck, train, plane, pedal cars, and an Indian village as well as plenty of picnic tables for lunch. Come to Miller Farms for our annual Fall Festival and take home the family farm experience and lots of tasty vegetables that you picked yourself!
The Lonesome Traveler Bluegrass Band will be playing at Miller Farms' Fall Harvest Festival on Labor Day from 1pm to 4pm! Come see the 2nd place winners of the prestigious 2007 Rocky Grass and Telluride Bluegrass Festivals.
The Lonesome Traveler Bluegrass Band is rooted in the great traditions of bluegrass, but their sound reflects influences from blues, rock & roll, traditional country and Celtic music. The six member band features tight 2 and 3 part harmonys from vocalists Jodi Boyce on mandolin, Dustin Scott on guitar and Ansel Foxley on resonator guitar, great fingerstyle guitar from Rick Scott, smooth fiddle from Chad Fisher and solid dawg-house bass from Evan Neal.
For more infomation on the band see the Lonesome Traveler Bluegrass Band website.
