Description
An easy and tasty summer appetizer
Ingredients
| 1 | Crusty style bread (sliced into realively thick slices) | |
| 3 | c | ripe tomatoes (chopped) |
| 4 | clv | garlic (skins removed) |
| 10 | basil leaves (chopped) | |
| 2 | c | parmesan cheese (shaved or shredded) |
| 4 | T | Olive Oil |
Instructions
Toast the bread slightly on both sides. Cut a garlic clove in half and rub the garlic all over both sides of each slice of bread. Arrange nicely on a large platter and drizzle with olive oil. Top with tomatoes, basil and parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
