Ravioli with Sauteed Asparagus & Walnuts

Description

A wonderful week night treat after work. Takes minimal time to fix, tastes and looks great!

Ingredients

1pkCheese Ravioli (14-16 oz, fresh or frozen)
1⁄4cOlive Oil
2clvgarlic (thinly sliced)
1⁄2cwalnuts (roughly chopped)
8ozAsparagus (trimmed, thinly sliced diagonally)
1⁄4cparmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

Cook the ravioli according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and walnuts. Cook, stirring often, until the nuts are lightly toasted and fragrant and the garlic is golden brown, about 4 or 5 minutes.
Add the asparagus and cook, tossing occasionally, until just tender, about 2 minutes. Serve over the ravioli and sprinkle with the cheese.
