Description
A colorful and fun way to make deviled eggs a special treat!
Ingredients
| 12 | eggs (hard boiled) | |
| 1⁄4 | c | peas |
| 1 | t | Greek yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | t | Dijon mustard |
Notes
If frozen peas are used, be sure to thaw them first.
Instructions
Peel and halve the hard boiled eggs. Remove the yolks and mash them with the green peas. Add the yogurt and mustard. Spoon back into the whites and sprinkle with paprika.
