Description
This is a great side dish. Goes good with pork chops.
Ingredients
| 1 | T | Olive Oil |
| 3 | c | Asparagus (cut into 1" pieces) |
| 1 | Small Onion (sliced) | |
| 1 | clove garlic (minced) | |
| 2 | T | slivered almonds (toasted) |
| 2 | t | lemon juice |
| 1 | t | Soy Sauce |
| 1⁄2 | t | lemon peel (grated) |
| 1 | T | parmesan cheese (shredded) |
Instructions
In a wok or skillet, heat the olive oil to cooking temperature. Stir fry the asparagus, onion and garlic over medium heat until tender. Add almonds, lemon juice, soy sauce and lemon peel. Toss to coat and sprinkle with cheese.
